When you are facing a divorce, navigating a custody dispute, or working through the estate administration process after losing someone you love, you are not just looking for legal knowledge. You are looking for an attorney you can trust.
At our firm, you’ll find an advocate who will take the time to understand your situation, speak to you honestly, and stand firmly in your corner from the first conversation to the final resolution. That commitment is the foundation of everything we do and every client relationship we have built for more than 35 years.
Michael E. Eisenberg built this practice on a straightforward but deeply held belief: that the attorney-client relationship works best when it is built on genuine communication, mutual trust, and a shared commitment to finding the right outcome for your specific situation. Our approach is not a generic strategy applied indiscriminately, but a plan that reflects your goals, your family's needs, and the realities of your case.
That philosophy has produced something rare in legal practice: clients who return when new matters arise, and who refer the people they care about most.
Practical Guidance, Personally Delivered
From your first consultation to the resolution of your matter, you will work directly with Michael E. Eisenberg. There are no associates handling your case behind the scenes, no hand-offs to less experienced staff, and no wondering who is actually managing your matter. While Michael is supported by an experienced team that shares his commitment to responsive, client-centered service, he is the one making decisions and doing the work at every stage.
That direct access shapes everything about how we practice. Before recommending an approach, Michael takes the time to understand not just the facts of your situation but what a successful outcome actually looks like for you. Some clients need an aggressive advocate. Others need a steady hand and a practical path forward. Many need both at different stages of the same matter. Whatever your situation calls for, the strategy we build will reflect your goals, not a formula.
That same practical thinking extends to the advice Michael gives when the stakes are highest. If negotiation is the right path, we will pursue it with full preparation and a clear-eyed understanding of your case. If going to court is in your best interest, we will tell you clearly and represent you without hesitation. And if it isn't, we will tell you that, too. We know that honest counsel, even when it isn't what a client hoped to hear, is what a lasting attorney-client relationship is built on.

Thirty-Five Years of Southeast Pennsylvania Legal Experience
Some knowledge cannot be taught in a classroom or learned from a textbook. It comes from years of standing in the same courtrooms, working within the same local rules, and developing a genuine understanding of how the legal system operates at the ground level in your community.
Michael E. Eisenberg has been practicing law in Southeast Pennsylvania since 1987. In that time, he has worked across every level of the court system, from magisterial District Courts handling day-to-day matters to the Courts of Common Pleas, Federal Court, and the Superior Court of Pennsylvania for matters requiring appellate review.
This breadth of experience means Michael has handled matters at many stages of litigation and understands how to navigate the process effectively.
For clients in Montgomery and Bucks Counties, that local depth translates directly into practical advantages. Knowing how a particular court approaches custody arrangements, understanding the procedural preferences of local judges, and having established professional relationships within the legal community are more than abstract credentials. They are factors that can help inform strategy and case management throughout your matter.
Thirty-five years also means something else: perspective. Our extensive background gives us the ability to look at your legal matter, anticipate challenges, and identify opportunities that only reveal themselves through experience. That perspective informs every recommendation Michael makes and every strategy we build on our clients’ behalf.
